Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

  Same-Day Delivery (New Jersey only): Orders placed before 12 PM
  

Products:

We ship non-perishable products only. No alcohol is shipped.

Tracking:

All orders include a tracking number sent by email once shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship alcohol, perishable items, or to P.O. Boxes when restricted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Reshipping fees apply if the package is returned.

Delivered Packages:

If the carrier marks the package as Delivered, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted. Damaged items may be replaced if photo evidence is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
